How it works
One call or form gets you to an egress contractor who works in your part of the St. Cloud area.
You call or send a request
Tell us where the house is and what you're after: a brand-new opening for a basement bedroom, a bigger hole where a small window is now, a replacement well, or a cover.
We connect you with a local company
Your call or request goes to an independent egress window or concrete cutting contractor that serves St. Cloud and the nearby cities.
The company handles the job
They quote, schedule and do the work. Pricing, warranties and terms come from them directly.
What we are and aren't
St. Cloud Egress Windows is a referral service, not a contractor. We don't send crews or employ technicians, and we don't set prices. Using the site is free for homeowners.
Minnesota requires a residential building contractor or remodeler license from the Department of Labor and Industry when a company contracts directly with a homeowner for work in more than one special skill, and an egress job usually involves several, such as excavation, concrete cutting and carpentry. You can look a license up on the DLI website. In St. Cloud, permits go through the city's Building Safety Department. Ask for the license number, who will apply for the permit, and a written quote listing the window, the well, the cover, the drainage plan and what's warrantied.
